Products

Our range of breaded and battered fish products includes but is not limited to haddock, sole, cod, shrimp, scallops, halibut, yellow perch and pickerel. We can produce volume runs of a client’s recipe using our low sodium non-trans fat ingredients.

Our TSSA certified state of the art refrigerated cold storage facility is over 200,000 cubic feet, with the capacity to hold 1000 pallets. Our fully racked and serviced facility is in a central Southern Ontario location close to all major highways and in close proximity to major U.S ports of entry.
